  • One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is the fact that after spending 15 minutes crafting a well thought out and well documented question / response and you click Submit, you're met with an internal server error. Now errors happen all the time, but what !*@*$% me off is when I go back, everything I had just written is gone!!!!!

I just literally spent twenty minutes creating a post - complete with code examples and pictures, and when I submitted....POOF!!! Nothing!

Why can't you make it so that IF a submission bombs out, you preserve what was in the text box?!?!?

You're Microsoft for Christ's sake!!! Can't be that hard!!!

  • I know it doesn't help for the past but if I'm writing a reply of that kind of length I usually do it in notepad then when done copy / paste into forum post.
