Does SQL 2008 R2 64 bit OEM can be downgrade to 32 bit?

I want to downgrade sql 2008 r2 64 bit to 32 bit..Please tell me the procedure..

You would need to backup all your databases and completely uninstall SQL Server 2008R2 x64 and then install the x86 edition and restore your databases.
While this details how to upgrade from x86 to x64 it follows the same principles of this change from x64 to x86 just ignore the stuff about SQL 2000.
Make sure that you install up to the same patch level so if you have installed CUs etc make sure to install them as well
This begs the question of why you want to do this?

From licensing perspective installing x64 or x86 (32bit) version is not considered as downgrade. As long as you will install 2008 R2 you can use either version - 64bit or 32bit.
