Adding user from another domain RRS feed

    Hi

    I am trying to create a new user in Dynamics CRM 4.0 for a user in another domain however the form is not being auto-populated.

    Normally I type in a domain\user and the form populates with all the relevant info.

    The CRM installation is in domain A. I have a two way trust with domain B. Domain C is a child domain of B.

    The user I am trying to add is in domain C. It's the same with any users from domain C: no auto-population of the user info fields.

    I can add domain A and B users OK.

    I can add users in domain C to groups in Active Directory, so the trust is working.

    What could be the issue please?
