I have added the custom Response Group Tab to Communicator R2 clients. The tab shows up fine and works great. However, after an hour or so, a standard Windows screen popups asking for logon credentials for the IIS server the tab is hosted on.
At that screen, I can enter whatever credentials I like (valid or invalid), it doesn't accept them and after 3 tries I get a 401 (default IIS) error message in the place of the custom tab in Communicator.
Here are the IIS log files containing the requests when things start going wrong (below).
As you can see, request go just fine for about an hour (haven't included an hour of log files, obviously) and then they start going wrong. Communicator seems to forget to send any logon credentials to the IIS server (last 2 lines), where on the other lines, it first tries anonymously and then with the credentials (that's normal behaviour I believe).
When I access the same page from IE, the tab contents shows up just fine. Also when I use Opera, it shows up fine (after entering proper credentials). So the problem isn't with the server or the user, it's just that Communicator stops sending credentials.
Any suggestions?
