Is there an method to restrict Internet usage during certain times? I am unable to locate this information if so, Please advise. Thank so much!

This is not a function of the installed Windows Live OneCare program - http://onecare.live.com

If you are using Vista, this is available in Vista Parental Controls:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-vista/features/parental-controls.aspx

In XP, you'll need a 3rd party parental control program.
