  • Hi

Did you try to install and configure this Mediation fix ?

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952780

It will enable OCS not to require + sign in front of called numbers, which seems to be your case.

If not, you must create normalization rules and routes to use + sign, and remove it in application dialing rules in CUCM, replaced by outgoing prefix.

  • Hi,

i have install the last Fix (KB 956829) that include the KB 952780.

    For the normalization rules.

    I have a normalization rule:

    Phone Pattern:

    ^(\d{10})$

    Translation Pattern:

    0$1

    For translate number from 1234567890

To 01234567890 beacuse in my CCM for outgoing call must diall the "0" number.

    I not route a number with +....

The Line Uri in Enterprise voice is tel:+1002. If I leave the + here i can't call any...
