Publishing CRM website through ISA Server under folder? RRS feed

  • Question

  • is there any documentation?

We have set up CRM 4.0 for a customer. Now he wants to expose ot to external uses through his ISA Server 2006, so that people can log in from home, similar to OWA.

Naturally, it needs to run in a sub-folder (/crm).

I have set up publishing but am totally unable to get it usable - all I get is a blank page with a javascript error.

Any quidelines how to set up ISA Server to publish the internal CRM site? In a sub-directlry (so single sign on works and people dont ahve to deal with more than one certificate etc.)?

  • Hmm, I don't think this is supported in CRM 4. However it is in CRM 4 Live. Are you talking about CRM 4.0 Live?

  • See CRM Implementation Guide.

Its not supported I agree with Jim, you have to mention for CRM Live.

  • Dear Imran

We have the same scenario though we have the licence for external connecter and we deployed CRM with ISA single Sign On initially without any problem but now we are facing a lot of pathetic errors.

Can you give me some proof that this is not supported so that i can communicate with my client on the basis of some solid ground instead of only this post?

    Thanks for your kind help
