As a delegate, I can't accept/decline appointments on my iphone for my bosses RRS feed

  • Hello,

    As a delegate for a couple managers here, I recently have been unable to accept a meeting invite from my iPhone for my bosses. I used to be able to accept or decline an invite directly from the email invite; however, I no longer have any of those options in the invites I receive. From my computer (Outlook), I can do this just fine. Just not on my iphone for the managers I am delegate for.

    I have verified with other assistants that they can accept/decline invitations from their iphones.

    How can I fix this?

    Are you using Outlook for iOS app? If so, according to your description, I'm afraid that your issue is more related to Outlook for mobile, please try to remove your email app and re-add your email account to see if the issue has any difference.

    If the issue still continues, as mentioned before, since here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client we may know little about Outlook for mobile, to better solve your issue, it is suggested to post a new thread to the dedicated forum for Outlook for iOS for more information.

  • Hi Jeff. Thank you for following up. I've been away.

    Yes the same thing happens whether on Outlook app or the iphone email app. The accept/decline option is simply not there. We've tried re-enrolling the phone on our MDM. Still nothing. 

    Thanks again, I didn't realize I was in the wrong forum. Which do you recommend I post on?
