"Page cannot be displayed" after ADFS 3.0 Upgrade when trying to login to CRM from USD RRS feed

  • We just upgraded to ADFS 3.0 and get "page cannot be displayed" when accessing Dynamics CRM 2015 through Unified Service Desk (thick client).

    I don't receive "page can't be displayed" when accessing it through the web; only when accessing from USD.

    Has anybody else encountered this and found a solution?

    Is there something that needs to be reconfiged in USD?

  • Hi,

    I presume you are using CRM on-premise with an IFD deployment?

    When browsing to CRM have you down this on the machine you are connecting as and are you doing it as IE?

    Also, is there a difference between logging in remotely vs on-premise on your network?
