now what i gather from all the posts so far is that this is a permission problem
no documentation advises me which AD Groups the 2 service accounts should belong to, and should i do something on the SQL Server from my side?
i made the 2 service accounts enterprise admins, with full exchange rights as well, but still no luck?
Please if anyone knows a workaround or the groups the svc accounts should be apart of, help.
Regards,
DasGood!

I got the same bunch of failed services and the "Event Source: Schannel" error also. But I researched that the message has no direct relations to the failed services.
In the research I deployed OCS2.7 SE from the scratch and got the message straight away after 1st reboot.
Each reboot I get the same error message with ID:36870.
