    I have a read only file pop up blocker on my computer. I have turned it off in my tools and have also disabled it in my security settings and the pop ups are still being blocked. In fact i have even removed the pop up blocker from my programs and they are still being blocked. Is there some way that i can make it so that my pop ups are not being blocked?
