  I cannot get get my product key to work no matter what letter or number I put in.  I know It says it is not case sensitive but I have tried doing it that way also.  This not this first time I have had problems with this, evertime we get this product "Windows Live One Care" I can never get the product key to work.  I write letters to Microsoft, I uninstall do the clean up.  play with it for weeks.  For some reason My husband has to have this.  Any Ideas How to get the product key to work????
