Is it possible to sync a personal calender from outlook to mobile phone as well as a normal calender ie 2 calendars

I have a HTC Touch HD phone . I would like to create a personal calendar on outlook as well as a normal business calendar. No problem with that as outlook allows you to do it. I can sync my business calendar to my phone. However there does not appear to be a facility to sync 2 calendars to phone. Is it possible and how do you do it or am I dreaming.
