• Question

  • Good Day,

I am Belekazi from South Africa, and I would like some advise on what to do to qualify as a System Analyst.

I am currently a Retail Systems Helpdesk Specialist and being doing it for 3years, I did a systems analysis and design certificate through Damelin of which i passed 95%. I had done Systems Analysis and Design as a subject while at varsity in CTI doing my Diploma in Computer Studies.

Very much familiar with the SDLC as i had to do a project in 2007 and that was designing a webpage for the GYC under the Steve Biko Foundation.

My passion lays here and nowhere else and will do anything to pursue and become a SYSTEM ANALYST.

    What else can I study?

Please do assist if possible, it's highly appreciated.

  • From a Microsoft perspective there's very little in the way of certifications around System Analyst.  Are you looking at things from a Developer (application requirements, design etc) or IT Pro (servers, back-end infrastructure etc) prespective?
