  I noticed a minor visual bug in Open/Save File Dialog in latest Windows 10 1909 build

  Hey, same happens on 2004 (4K 150% dpi)!

  Open/Save File Dialog window from inside any NET app (VB/C#) (not Windows apps itself)

  This happens on 150% dpi (I also use 4K)

  On 4k @ 150% dpi there's other problems as well:
