CRM 2011 : CRM My Contacts in Outlook Address book RRS feed

  • Hi 

    In outlook client, under options, I see that for Contacts in Address book have two options : 

    If I select First Option, then CRM address book in Outlook is blank. I dont see any contacts

    If I select second option, then I see all contacts in address book.

    I want to see contacts which are owned / shared to me.

    I have organization privilege on Contacts entity. I tried setting Read privilege to User level just to see if it is related to security roles and privileges but no luck

    Any ideas ?

  • Check the synchronization filters for the Outlook client.  You need to set it to only pull Contacts you own.  It is likely set to pull all at the moment.

    I forgot to add that.

    Filters are set to My contacts only.

    What else should I be checking ?
