Dynamics CRM 2015- Business Process flow issue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Business process flow is appearing for System admin only and rest of the users in the organization are not able to see/not appearing.

    Root BU is associated with only one user i.e System Administration and rest of the users are from different BU's. I don't think this will be real issue. 

    Would appreciate if anyone can help me to know the reason and solution?

       Enable Security Roles to display business process flow for everyone.

    Open your business process flow à click Enable Security Roles button à select Enable for Everyone.
