Changing install drive of onecare RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am trying to install One Care on an XP machine that has multiple partitions.  One partition is a system partition and only contains windows and vital system files with no space for anything else while the other partition is used for data and applications.  When I tried to install One Care it gave me the error that there is not enough disk space despite the second partition having plenty of room.  Due to the error message I am going to assume that One Care is trying to install itself on the system partition; is there any way to change the partition it installs on?

  • OneCare must install to the System Partition. You cannot specify an alternate location for the installation.
