  • Even though this forum is called "Speak to us at Microsoft >> Microsoft Genuine Advantage Talkback," they do not want us to speak to them and they do not want us to talk back.  Of course it is ridiculous.  But they will blame the user and delete these posts as soon as they see them.  That's their way of solving the problem.  And if you send the diagnostic information to Support they will send you a form response three days later with links to FAQs that do not answer the question.
