having trouble with activation

When i go to activated it tells me to enter my email and password, then click next, then next again, but after that nothing happens, but a note appears and it says JAVASCRIPT REQUIRED, do i need to change a setting on my computer to activate this program?

Open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced, scroll down to Java and make sure it is enabled. If there is no entry for Java you can install it here - http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

I did what you told me too and java is running properly on my computer but it is not letting me subscribe. I don't understand????
