Backing up Program Files

I've installed programs that save data in their respective "program files" folders. How do I backup my Crogram files/whatever folders? I cannot find a way to, and I used to be able to select any folder to backup, now that checklist is limited. I really need to be backing up those folders.

The \Program Files folder is scanned for files to backup according to the FAQ, http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1924436&SiteID=2

It depends on what type of data files you have there - if they are of a type that is not included in the selection criteria of documents, pictures, financial, etc, (and other), you won't be backing them up, no matter where they reside, using OneCare.
