Error on task updating CRM2011 RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    I'm using CRM 2011 on-premises when I updating Task (client Chat) field it shows me error. (see in the image).
    This error not raised on every task but some tasks (two or three in a day).

    If anyone have solution please share.

    1. Did you try to download log and check, what error message does the log have?

    2. Enable tracing so you get a more details report .

    3. Do you have any validation plugin on save/ update of Activity entity?

    You are right a plugin is registered on Activity update .

  • Hi Riaz,

    Then if the plugin is an asynchronous plugin, you can check in the system jobs to see the error.

    Or put some traces in your plugin code to see where it is failing. Check below link for system jobs and plugins.
