Guidance on self-study material for MS/MD100-101

Question
-
Hello!
I'm working on setting up an after work workshop, where the goal is to start off taking the MD100/101 certifications and then a few of us will also be taking the MS100/101 certifications, does anyone have any experience doing anything like this?
I've been looking in the Microsoft Partner University page, but I could not find any relevant courses to these certifications, I'm also not sure which online courses at Microsoft Learn which would be the most relevant to these Certifications, if anyone had any insight on which courses would be the best study material, or if there's a good youtube channel or book I could buy, I would very much apreciate it! :)
