  • I have jqs.exe running on my pc.  How can I determine if these files are malware or actually files in Java? I've tried to disable it through the Java Control Panel but it continues to start up on reboot.  

    One web sites say: Jqs.exe is a fake security threat appearing on counterfeit warning notifications, all designed and launched by the rogue anti-spyware program known as Windows Security Suite.

    WLOC does not detect a virus situation so I'm not sure whether it's a threat or not.
