    hello i ve got 3 pcs, 2 are online and green lighted one is red lighted; i tried to reinstall it, i logged in but i am not able to link it to my subscribed service. The control pc now in managing 2 pcs, not 3. The third one needs to be relinked to my subscription via the pc itself however i am redirected to the sign up page, then i get an error:3010.

    What do i do ??? my subscription was renewed 1 month ago... so everything is in working order,

    The 3010 error typically means that you are trying to purchase a subscription with a LiveID that already has a subscription. Obviously, you have a subscription, so signing in with that LiveID should then activate the reinstalled copy of OneCare.

    I recommend that you contact support, but have to ask what was the reason for the reinstall? What action did OneCare on the PC showing as red require or what error was present?
