How to Integrate Dynamics CRM 2011 Contacts with Facebook

  "Integrate facebook with CRM 2011" can mean a few different things. What are you trying to do - get your Facebook contacts into CRM - or your CRM contacts into Facebook?

  Willam,

  I want to show FB profile page of every contact which is in CRM 2011.

  You could just store the Contacts Facebook username or handle then auto populate an iframe with "http://www.facebook.com/<username>". But this will not display much if the contact facebook profile is private. It will be tough to get past the Privacy Settings within facebook.

  Hi Sokha,

  When in iframe we can pass "http://www.facebook.com/<username>" but it will redirect me to home page of facebook ..... 

  but this is wrong....i want directly profile page of user should open ......
