Set up your domain name dashboard crashes .... RRS feed

  • Question

  • My homeserver.com ssl expired so I have been trying to renew it using the Set up your Domain Name in dashboard.  The dashboard  window will open then shut down at various times in the Domain Name selection process.  It will never compete the task.  I have gotten to the error screen that tell me the process is busy and try again later.  When I check the event viewer I find the same to Application errors  .  I have checked the version of net.frame work.  Version 4.6 is not installed.  I have searched and have not found anything  similar to this problem.  Hope someone else may have run into this issue and can suggest a fix. The server has been running without issue for awhile and all updates have been applied.   All other dashboard functions seem to be working fine.  I can view users accounts , backups, hard drive and user alerts.  I can also post dashboard logs if needed.  I have also notice that these same two alerts appear in the event viewer every hour at the exact same time 25 minutes after the hour.  Thank your for any help.
