Retrospective record changes in CRM 2011 online RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We are part way through deploying CRM online in our company but need to go back through and change some records. It is not a major issue but, where we were testing/developing workflows using different types "Pipeline Phases", we have ended up with a lot of blank or unnecessary Pipeline Phase records which is screwing up the reporting.

    This image shows what I mean...

    So actually we only want Opportunity Identified, Quoted, Order and Invoiced. The rest were just where people were using the system before we had it nailed down properly.

    I could go back and re-open each opportunity, update and close it again, but that will impact on the dates etc for the records won't it?
