  • The installed Product Key is the Default Key - and can never be legally activated.

    Is there a COA stickerfor Windows 7 Pro on the machine's case? If so then change the Key to the one on the case.

    If not, then the install is almost certainly counterfeit

  • Thank you for the response Noel. I managed to attempt that at a later time when i working on the system in person with a better time window. It solved the issue finally.
