Hi...

I there any way to change print functionality of the CRM?

I want only the few fields... at present the print functionality will give me all the field info...

Unfortunatley I don't think you can change the built-in functionality. I'd suggest you develop a Reporting Services report to display the data you want, and give the users an option to run the report from the CRM form as descrbied here:
