There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server

Hi All,
I'm trying to configure outlook client with our CRM 2011 online, I'm getting an error message stating "There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server" . Apparently this issue is only with one laptop, i was able to configure many outlook client with same URL without any issue. Here is the error log file from that laptop.

have you checked the time on the client machine, if it's more than 5 minutes out it won't be able to connect to CRM.
can you access CRM via the browser on that machine.

I installed Outlook client from the option we get in the browser " Get outlook client" [Yellow colored bar within CRM].
@Hoskinator , The client is in different time Zone, I tried changing his system's timezone to actual time zone[IST] , still the same issue persist. and Yes, I can access the CRM with the browser on that machine.
Since our CRM 2011 is ONLINE, will that matter if the clients are in different time zone [different country ] ??!!!
