WHS 2011 Error 80004005

Question
-
I had to restore my system backup for WHS 2011 and all works well, although I get the Error 80004005 message every day stating; A problem prevented Customer Experience Improvement Program data from being sent to Microsoft, (Error 80004005). My system has been working well for over a week, but I get the message shown above. Would like to get this resolved.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Issue came back after 2 days. This was a temporary fix. Suggestions welcome. The Night Owl...
Resolved the issue by going into All Programs, then Administrative Tools, then Task Scheduler, then Microsoft, then Windows, then Windows Server, then changed all the Tasks shown to Windows Server 2008 R2 from Windows Server 2008. There must have been an update which changed these tasks to 2008 from 2008 R2.
It took several hours to update/configure the system back to 2008 R2. When it was over, I rebooted my server and waited two days to confirm everything was working normally again. I have had WHS since March of 2011 with little to no issues, with one exception. Apparently there is a limitation on the number of Picture, Music and Video files that can be streamed by the website. I had to reduce my Pictures, and Video files to get the web site to function after I exceed the limit. I kept the Pictures and Videos on the server, but put them in a new folder labeled PicturesOlder and VideosOlder and shared them on my network/homegroup. That way they are still available for pc's and other devices on my network.
Hope this helps someone in the future.
Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New year to all.

Hi,
I'm glad Sir Nite Owl got it all sorted out too, because after poking around the Net all nite trying to find a fix for this issue, quite frankly I have to tell Ya, there's not a lot out there pertaining to the (80004005) error with regards to installing the (.NET Framework 4.5.1) update & although I'm seeing the same error with the same update as Sir Nite Owl, there is one difference between his scenario & mine(but it's a big one). In that, while Sir Nite Owl's on a 'WHS 2011' machine, I'm on a Vista Home Premium SPI(86) laptop that's fully updated(well all except for the .NET FW 4.5.1 update).
I've tried the Microsoft Auto-Fix(MicrosoftFixit.wu.MATSKB.Run), as well as restarting my PC & the download & install of (KB2858725)update .Net Framework 4.5.1 but thee outcome is always the same.
I've attached a copy of the error message from the failed update below, because although Sir Nite Owls 12 steps to recovery sound simple enough, I don't think I(Vista) has the same options & settings used in his aforementioned work-around.

PS: I can't understand why the Windows Vista (KB2858725) update would fail at install.
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 for Windows Vista (KB2858725)
Installation date: 3/26/2014 11:41 PM
Installation status: Failed
Error details: Code 4005 (Error 80004005)
Update type: Recommended
The Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 is a highly compatible, in-place update to the .NET Framework 4 and 4.5. By using the .NET Framework 4.5.1 together with the C# or Visual Basic programming languages, you can write Windows Store apps. The .NET Framework 4.5.1 delivers better performance, reliability, and security than previous versions. After you install this update, you may have to restart your computer.
