    I am running Windows 7. After MapPoint had been downloaded and installed, all attempts to start MapPoint resulted in the error message from the MapPoint:

    "Your registry settings for this application were are not copied correctly. To correct these settings, run Setup again for this application from the location where you originally installed. “

    Four attempts to remove/reinstall MapPoint result in the same error message
