Crm 2011 on premise.
I've got a business unit (Marketing) that successfully uses Marketing@contoso.com. They use this queue a lot for business process. It gets a pile of emails that are converted to activities.
The Marketing department wants to use another email address and a separate queue to manage all their surveys. I created an email enabled business unit queue and associated Survey@contoso.com. (Incoming/outgoing set to email router, business unit
Marketing)
I can successfully send to survey@contoso.com. I can see it being processed by the email router. However it gets dropped in the general for queue with the emails sent to marketing@contoso.com and are not pulled out and put into a separate queue.
Any thoughts?
