    Hi All,

     

    About upgrade LCS 2005 to OCS 2007, is there any way to "backup" users contact lists, to avoid loss contacts ?

     

    Is there any chance of loss all contacts? Any kind of document that i can check about it?

    Hi Emerson,

    The OCS Public Beta documentation is pretty good & freely available for download on the MS site. The doc that you will want is titled "OCS_Migration.doc". Sections 2.4 and 2.5 of this doc go through the steps required to back up and export the LCS user data. There should be no loss of contacts in the move from LCS to OCS.
