Can't publish with photos

    I am new to Windows Live Writer and loved how easy it was to include pictures into a blog post.  However, when I went to publish  my post I got  a "File Upload Failed" "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."  When I took my photos out I was able to publish my post.  The problem is the main advantage of using Windows Live Writer is how easy it was to add photos.  Does anyone know how I can resolve this problem and be able to include my photos?  I'm using Windows 7 and blogger.  My photos are on my Canon camera program.

    This has been reported many times.

    To resolve this , go to to http://picasaweb.google.com, log in as the same Google Account you use to post to Blogger, and create an empty album called "Windows Live Writer " (without the quotation marks)? Then post from WLW again; you should be okay.
