    I am getting Error Event Id 12016(There is no valid SMTP TLS certificate for the FQDN remote.domain.com)

    This certificate is expired when I tried to check through Exchange shell and it is not self signed certificate.

    The expired certificate was issued by CA installed on same server. I can see Certificate in the issued list but I can't renew it.

    I tried to Generate request through Exchange shell and save it on desktop and When I try to import , it failed.

    Please help me to find the proper procedure to install/create/renew the SMTP TLS certificate issued by CA.
