  To Validate, go to http://microsoft.com/genuine and click the Validate Windows button.

   

   If you are having a Non-genuine problem, please go to the Windows XP forum (http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuinewindowsxp/threads ) read the "-Please read before you post-" announcement at the top of the forum list page and then create a new thread, post the Diagnostic Report and any additional information that may help us troubleshoot the issue.
