HTTP 404 error opening two questions in the Spanish Windows 7 (TechNet) forum

Question

Hi.
I have just noticed an issue in a Spanish TechNet forum. I didn't found similar threads here, therefore I initiate this new conversation.
If you try to open these URLs, you may get an IIS 404 error page whether you are logged in or not:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/es-ES/2d718b2c-323e-441c-831b-2f6ebad5ccc5/windows-explorer-reinicio-continuo-y-cclico
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/es-ES/6af78caf-a678-4ad7-ba5f-c8c63cb92bf4/windows-explorer-reinicio-continuo-y-cclicoThose were two questions sent by user jvalmaraz one after the other to the Windows 7 Spanish forum in TechNet this Saturday, August 17. They appear to be the same text posted two minutes apart. Their titles mean roughly "Windows Explorer continuous and recurring reboot". If you use the thread preview (currently the little triangle on the left of the title), you can actually see the message contents.
Did the 404 error problems happen before? Were they fixed? Was the root cause identified and remediate since?
Thanks.
From Spain.

It's a known bug that the thread title ends with ico & our engineering team is working on it. we've reported the issue and updated it on an existing bug ID. thanks for your patience while the issue is being addressed.
there is a workaround that the questioner may delete the thread on the forum list as highted below. and re-submit a thread without ico at the title end.

Mike Wang, thanks for your support. Perhaps the original poster isn't aware of this issue yet. I'll try to answer his question using the thread preview and hope the e-mail alerts work. :)
Thanks also to Richard Mueller and Dave Patrick for their findings.
