can some one tell me how to get MCP certificate(Hard copy) and Wallet ID..

The wallet cards have been discontinued as far as I know.
You can order your hardcopy of your cert from https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp and ordering the certification there.

You can get or Order MCP Certificates ( Hard Copy) by login to the MCP site. After login you have to order there, but remember you have give some amount of money for ordering certificates.
previously it was free, but now a days , you have to give handling charges etc......
