Unfortunately, your Windows Product ID: 00426-068-3782611-86866 indicates the Windows 7 Ultimate license was pirated from a not-for resale MSDN Subscription. As a result, the product key is no longer valid and has been blocked from use. In order to fix this issue, you'll need to purchase a genuine Windows 7 Ultimate "Full Version" license and Update your Windows product key.

Windows Product ID: 00426-068-3782611-86866
The product ID -068- Indicates a not for resale MSDN account. If you are not the account holder and you purchased this in a retail box, the box and it's contents are counterfeit. Demand an immediate refund from the seller

Use the Change Product Key link at the bottom of the System Properties page. That will not require reinstallation of Windows.
