  • Question

  • I am trying to install LiveOne on the first computer, but am told that I need to register my product.  I go to do that, and am given an error 8059.  I am not loving this antivirus much.

  • Hello Linlar, the 8059 error code will display if you try to re-use a product key. Since your product key is associated with a Live ID to activate open One Care, select "Subscribe" and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password already associated with your product key. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
