OneCare Renewal - Credit Card form clears, no error

Everytime I try to renew my suscription to onecare I can't get past my the screen where I enter my credit card number, it just deltes the info and tells me to re-enter it. I have tried deleting my cookies and such, but it still doesn't work. What do I need to do?

Make sure that the form fields only contain letters and numbers. No dashes, commas, periods, apostrophes, or other characters.
