Workflow issue? RRS feed

  • The workflow that we set up to send automatic emails to users when a lead is assigned them is not working.  Our system technician has tried to restart the services and received the following error message:

    "Event Type:        Warning
    Event Source:    MSCRMKeyGenerator
    Event Category:                None

    Date:                     05/08/2011
    Time:                     15:24:12
    User:                     N/A
    Computer:          CRMWEB
    Description:
    CrmKeyGenerator has stopped.

    Every time the technician restarts the ‘Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service’ it generates this error. Not had this error before today.

    Can you please advise?

  • Have you tried to reboot the CRM server?  Also, are other workflows functioning correctly?

  • We've rebooted the server and still no joy. There is another workflow and this not working either.
