Disk Keeper update problem. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Guys,

On my HP WHS, I have "Disk Keeper" installed and working well.

I was notified by disk keeper that there was an update which I had to install to keep the software upto date with developments etc, so as it tried to install the update, it came up with a install window saying that I had not enough priviliages to stop the diskkeeper service.

So, I rebooted the WHS, and tried stopping the service manually, but even that did not work, got to about 60% of the time bar and just sat there.

    Any ideas?

I cant de-install the Disk Keeper app as the update requires it.

    Thanks.
    Neil.

Yes.  You should contact Diskeeper and tell them the problem you are having.  It's their software.
