  • If you purchase a new CRM 4 licence then you can update that using the CRM Deployment Manager application, accessible on the CRM server from the Start Menu.

  • The number you see is pulled from the CRM system. It is not something that is updated from the Deployment Manager.

  • Yes you need to update the user licence in deployment manager as I suggested by going to the Server Licence option in Deployment manager and select Add or Update.

  • Marwa,

The only license codes that are entered into the Deployment Manager in CRM 4.0 is the original server license or an upgrade from one server version to another. After that the per user/device licenses are on a honor system. So in your case, just keep proof of the user cal licenses on file if you ever get audited.

  • Jerry,

Thank you for reply. in the deployment manager it shows the number of license users 5. However we have bought additional 5 users

So the total should be 10. How can we update the total number of users? And is it doable?

    Thanks

    Marwa
