Show attachment in view of a form

  Hi,

  Is there any way to show attachment details which is saved from notes in forms View. I tried to customize the view of entity but I could get. I know it is 1:N relationship and it is difficult to show in View or it would be great if somebody can give idea how to add file upload controller in forms and show those information in its View
