Unable to Download Updates

    Question

  • I had a major problem with my Dell Laptop so I did a re-install.  however, now I can't download updates.  I ran the Genuine Advantage Dignostic tool and copied the results out of the Windows tab.  see below.  I have read through the threads but could not get mine to work.

I have XP Pro with Service Pack 2.  The CD is a re-installation CD I recieved from Dell when I purchased my laptop.  I could really use some help here.  Thanks
