  • We have two users A and B, both have same security role x,y & z. When user A login to CRM, all works fine. But for user B, its giving error message on all the grids "You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation" except dashboard. And one more interesting thing is user B can be able login to CRM without a single role. How can we fix this issue..?

  • Both Users and Roles belongs to same Team and BU.
    I Disabled the User and Enabled it again. Now its working cool.. :)

  • Maybe User B have different business Unit than ?? or role from different business unit??

  • I've been having this same issue a lot with users, exact same BU and exact same roles and user A will get that message while user B won't.  Disabling and Enabling works, but does anybody know the reason this happens?  IE settings?  Information getting cached?
