  I was able to install, THANK YOU!

  Now however my monitor shuts off ( and keyboard, etc.) so have to hard reboot.

  It happens every session after a few minutes.

  I happens, also, at the times when OneCare starts back up mode.

  This sounds like a hardware issue but since it started with One Care installation I guess I would look there first. I've not heard of this happening before so I have no advice to offer other than contacting support.
